My December Daily - Foundation Pages

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving - we've had a nice break and actually headed out in a couple of hours to my parent's house for turkey dinner #2 of the weekend. Right now, Jake's out hanging the Christmas lights and and I'm happy to say that I have finished my foundation pages for my December Daily Journal and I'm happy to be sharing them with you today. For those of you who may not be familiar with this project, it was originally named by Ali Edwards; click here to see her posts regarding the project...I'm following her lead on this project and have stuck with the 6x8 format using the transparencies as dividers. I've also downloaded a couple of her digital packages for the 6x8 overlays and those cute sayings that I've cut out....

This is my first time doing the project and I'm super excited with how it turned out. I'm happy to be sharing those pages with you today...Just to warn you, this is a LONG post with lots of pics of each of my DD pages. Thanks for looking - would love to hear what you think....

Thanks so much for taking a peek at my project! I would love to hear your comments! Have a great rest of your weekend!

The very definition of a labor of love! These pages are beautiful Casey & will make DD so much easier for you! I love the variety and touches you used on each one.
And following this lead me to the Advent idea from Ali Edwards' blog. Can I say I want to be her when I grow up? Not that I'm new to her blog but I love, love, love her concepts in the Advent tutorial. I think I'm going to do this with my kids this year.
Have a great weekend!

Looks awesome Casey! I haven't finished mine yet, but it definitely won't be as beautiful as yours! I've never done a paper project. I really wanted to do the transparencies, but they were so expensive. They look gorgeous in your book! Will you be posting your finished pages each day? I'd love to see them! :)
Happy Thanksgiving!
