What's Blooming in Your Garden?

Happy Wednesday Everyone! I thought I would share some fun pictures today and a coupon for you! I decided this year that PJ was big enough for us to spend some time with a garden again this year. I was really big into it a couple of years ago, but after PJ was born, well, I just didn't have the time necessary to get my hands dirty in the garden. Since we have a little more time on our hands, I thought it would be fun to have a garden again this year. I think PJ will have a lot of fun getting involved this year too! She helped me get the Seed Starter kit going. She LOVED putting the dirt in the little holes and I loved that she wanted to help :).... here's a couple of shots of her crafty work...
So far, we've planted three different types of tomatoes, jalepenos, bell peppers and squash. I love to can salsa and jalepenos, so once these seeds take off and there is no more chance of a freeze, we will put the plants into the ground. I'll be sure to share as we get closer and the seeds become plants!

I also wanted to share that I have a lot of new things blooming over at The Creative Garden (my Etsy shop)... And because The Creative Garden is sponsoring Team Scarlette (read more about that here) I have a coupon going in my store. To receive 10% off of your entire purchase, just enter TEAMSCARLETTE in during check out and you can receive that discount. To see what's blooming in my store, click here to check it out...

Thanks for stopping by! I would love to know if any of you are doing a garden this year? If so, what do you usually plant?

Have a great day!

My gardening experience is the same - loved it pre-baby and then had less time for it. PJ is so placing that dirt in the pots! Dylan helped me repot a planter last fall. I bet he will love getting his hands in the dirt when we plant tomatoes in our veggie garden soon. Other than that, I'm not sure what we'll do. Maybe some peppers? We still have a few herbs I planted years ago (oregano, basil, rosemary).

Such cute photos! We're planning on some gardening, but it's still way too cold and the ground is too hard here in Michigan!
