We Love to Read...Wondering Wednesday.

Happy Wednesday Everyone! Around our household, one thing is for sure - we all love to read. For little PJ, it started pretty young. I actually started reading to her when she was two weeks old and she has really grown an appreciate for it... I not only love to read with her, but it gives me that special cuddle time with her at the end of the day. As for favorites, well, we switch back and forth... Right now, she really loves to read "Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What do you hear?" by Eric Carle, but she always wants to read two books last.... "Where the Wild Things Are" and then "Goodnight Moon." Here is a LO that is dedicated to our evening books...

We are always looking for great books to add to our collection, so since it's Wondering Wednesday, I was wondering if you all would like to share some favorites in your child's library.... As always, thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy reading to your little one, it goes by so fast! I miss those days, have to wait for grandbabys now. A couple of our favorites were

Guess How Much I Love You
by Sam McBratney

The Very Hungry Caterpillar
by Eric Carle

And my Emma who is about ready to turn 20 would make me read this story to her at least two times a day

Does God Know How to tie Shoes?

Wonderful layout...and I agree with Barbara - enjoy it while it lasts. I can't believe my "babies" are young adults. What happened? They grew up when I blinked.

Wow! You have been super busy! I love all the new layouts you have done. I especially love the "we read" lo, so sweet!

I remember reading The Berestain Bears books and really enjoying those. Don't know if they still print them...

Happy Friday!

This post spoke to me I had to comment. :) I read to my oldest from about the same age and he will be three in 2 weeks and still loves to snuggle and read. We read the books that you have mentioned, plus alot of the DR Suess board books. My very favorite is "I love you stinky face". The LO is great!
