Well, it happened! After all of the wishing and hoping, we finally had a white Christmas. It was not only white, but deep and cold! We managed to get 7-9 inches and it's still on the ground. We haven't left the house much in the last few days and actually, my car ended up getting stuck in the driveway this morning! Wishing it could be stuck for tomorrow so that I don't have to go into work - ha! Here are some pictures from last week right after our snow... better pedal faster Santa if you are planning on delivering all of those presents!
We've had a really great Christmas break and managed to do some relaxing amidst all of the get togethers. We were happy that we were able to spend Christmas together with just Jake, PJ and I - I was nice to just hang around the house and watch the snow. Then, we got together with my family on Saturday and they were nice enough to drive my way. It was great to see everyone and to spend some time together and chat. Then, yesterday, we got together with Jake's family at Erin and John's house. Again, it was fun to finally get together and hang out with everyone! Here is a picture of PJ playing on the piano at John and Erin's - she really seems to love music and especially playing around on the piano at their house...
When we were over at their house, John was playing some songs and PJ decided that she wanted to sing, so we told her to sing the "daddy" song and as long as John was playing, she was singing "daddy" very loudly while dancing - she is so funny and doesn't seem to mind the attention - wonder where she gets that from!
Haven't had much of a chance to scrapbook, but finished up this LO today - so thankful to be spending some quiet time at home today!
