Countdown to Christmas...

Did you ever have one of those weeks where it just seemed like there was never enough time for sleep, let alone work on fun projects? Well, for me last week was definitley one of those weeks. The whole family caught a cold that was not strong enough to keep us at home, but just strong enough to knock the spunk out of us. So, thankfully, we've had a restful weekend and are ready to begin the Countdown to Christmas...

Just a quick recap (for use on future scrapbook journaling) :). Friday, the bbsitter was closed so thankfully, my parents came up and watched PJ for us - they all seemed to have a great time which is a really wonderful thing! It was also truly a blessing that Jake and I arrived home to a home cooked meal - THANKS MOM & DAD - much appreciated!!!!Saturday, we had a pretty low key day... just did some grocery shopping and Christmas Lights looking. Today, Erin and John couragiously volunteered to watch PJ for a couple of hours so that we could finish up our Christmas shopping... They also had a great time - so that worked out well too! Other than that, we just hung out - with a few (okay, a lot) grumbles about having to go back to work tomorrow. Luckily this week will be short and we will all get to spend some quality family time together this week - looking forward to it!

As for LO, since we've all been resting so much, I haven't spent many late nights scrapping. Luckily, I was able to finish this one Saturday while PJ was napping. I love this line of Sassafrass paper - I think the owls are just so cute!


Now let the Countdown to Christmas begin!
